What is your warranty policy?
Southern Authority™ products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 5 Years.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Warranty is voided if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the product. Modifications include but are not limited to embroidery or iron-on patches.
Southern Authority™ will repair, without charge, or replace, at our discretion, any products that are defective within the range of common and everyday use. For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to:

All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Southern Authority™ cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Products accepted for repair must be clean.

How do I return an item?
Please contact us by filling out the form above. Include the order number and we will get back to you shortly.
What is your returns policy?
Southern Authority™ products (excluding sale items) may be returned up to 30 days from the date you purchased it for a refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. Please keep the receipt. The refund will be issued to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of Southern Authority™ product. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake made on our behalf. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments. Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service such as FedEx or UPS.
Do you provide International delivery?
At this time, we are unable to ship internationally and only ship within the United States.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. (Sale items excluded.)
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with hang tags. Please keep the receipt.
